The concept of the media library

When creating the topics in the media library, we attach great importance to scientifically based findings and the possible applications of these findings in practice.

We also know that everyone has different priorities in their work. Some require very in-depth scientific knowledge, others focus on tools and exercises, and others are looking for studies or research reports that scientifically prove their methods and concepts.

In order to meet these and many other requirements, all topics in the media library are structured clearly and uniformly. This ensures that you can achieve the optimal result for yourself and your customers.

The preparation of the topics:

In order to meet the requirements for brain-friendly and future-oriented learning and teaching, all topics are prepared in a multimedia format. Each topic consists of:

  • Video files (approx. 120 minutes)
  • Audio files (approx. 120 minutes)
  • PowerPoint files (approx. 150 slides)
  • eBook (approx. 65 pages)
  • Word documentation (approx. 12,000 words)
The structure of the topics:

Each topic begins with an overview of the topic. This is followed by 5 chapters on the respective topic.

Chapter 1

Chapter 2

Chapter 3

Chapter 4

Chapter 5

The structure of the chapters within a topic:

Each chapter begins with an introduction. This is followed by 5 distinct sections for each chapter.

In this section you will receive important information about the content and benefits of the chapter.

Biochemical processes

In this section you will learn which biochemical processes at the level of neurotransmitters and hormones are important for this chapter. The 4 most important neurotransmitters and hormones are explained. Each explanation is divided into "function" and "Mode of action" of the respective neurotransmitter or hormone.

Brain areas involved

In this section you will find out which brain areas involved are important for this chapter. The 4 most important areas of the brain are explained. Every explanation of a brain area is in "function" and "Connection with the chapter" divided.

In this section you will be presented with 3 scientific studies on the chapter. Each study is divided into "What was investigated?" and "What specific results were achieved?".

Practical use

In this section you will receive 4 practical applications that you can use to improve and expand the skills and competencies of your participants. Each practical application is divided into "What is the characteristic of this competence or ability?" and "What can I do to develop this competence or ability?"

Tools and exercises

In this section you will receive 2 tools or exercises that you can carry out with your participants in your training or seminars. Each exercise is divided into "What is the goal?", "What utensils are needed?" and "What are the steps?"
Each topic therefore includes the following components:
  • 40 Descriptions of Neurotransmitters and Hormones
  • 40 descriptions of brain areas involved
  • 15 Scientific Studies
  • 20 Practical Tips for Competence and Skill Development
  • 10 Tools and exercises
Your biggest benefit/advantage:

Thanks to the multimedia preparation and the clear and uniform structure of the topics, you can use the content according to your needs, like in a modular system.

Use this opportunity to create tailor-made, brain-friendly and future-oriented training courses or seminars for your customers with a minimum of time and effort.
